This is an in person class at Center for Spiritual Living Olympia, 3437 Libby Rd NE, Olympia, WA 98506, from 5:30 to 6:30 pm most Thursdays. Tickets are $15 per class. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and feel free to bring water; chair options are available.
