Qi Gong
All Qi Gong private lessons are online in (on Zoom). Please be in a calm, quiet, private environment for your appointment. Wear comfortable clothing and have water nearby. A notebook can be helpful.
Kent will discuss your goals and answer questions. You will then be guided through gentle movement and breath work tailored to your needs. The pace is relaxed and adjustable. Afterward, there is time to reflect on what you noticed. After each lesson, you receive a private recording and a short follow-up email with a simple home practice.
