Who we are.
These Terms cover kentqigong.com and reikifamily.com. The sites are operated by Kent P. Combs, sole proprietor, doing business as Kent Qi Gong and Reiki Family. Contact: Kent@KentQiGong.com, (480)993-2178, 1403 Garfield Ave NW, Olympia, WA 98502.

By using our sites.
If you visit or use either site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.

Health notice.
Our services are complementary and non-medical. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or guarantee outcomes. For health concerns, see a licensed clinician. In an emergency, call emergency services.

Age.
The sites are for people 13 and older. Purchases require you to be 18 or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase and participate as appropriate.

Accounts, purchases, and subscriptions.
Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Subscriptions, bookings, digital products, cancellations, and refunds follow our Cancellations / Refunds Policy (effective October 9, 2025). If you buy through Squarespace, its tools and timelines control the method and speed of refunds. We show automatic-renewal terms at checkout, request your consent, send a confirmation email, and provide an easy way to cancel.

Acceptable use.
Use the sites lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass security, disrupt service, or post unlawful or infringing material. You are responsible for what you submit.

Intellectual property.
Site content belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal, noncommercial use. Do not copy, repost, sell, or create derivative works without written permission. Trademarks belong to their owners.

Links.
We may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.

Privacy.
Your use of the sites is subject to our Privacy Policy (effective October 9, 2025) for kentqigong.com and reikifamily.com. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

No warranties.
The sites and content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Limits on liability.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or special damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid us for the item or service at issue.

Changes.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will post the new Terms and aim to give 30 days’ notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law.
These Terms are governed by Washington State law.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and our Cancellations / Refunds Policy. The current versions posted on our sites control.
