What to expect
All Reiki sessions are online in a HIPAA compliant Zoom room, or on the phone. You don't need to leave your home.
Before we begin, we talk. You tell me what's going on and what you're hoping for. There's no wrong answer.
During the session, you rest comfortably while I work with your energy. Most people feel warmth, calm, or a deep sense of stillness. Some fall asleep. All of that is fine.
Afterward, we talk about what came up. I send you a follow-up email with notes and simple suggestions for the days ahead.
Sessions are available in 30, 45, or 60 minutes depending on what you need.

What should I expect during a session?
Deep rest. Most people feel warmth, calm, or peace. Some people see colors or images. Some fall asleep. There's no wrong way to receive Reiki.
Does distance Reiki actually work?
Yes. Energy is not limited by location. I've worked with clients across the country and the results are consistent. The HIPAA compliant Zoom room also gives us space to talk before and after, which is an important part of the process.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you're working with. Some people feel a significant shift in one session. Most clients work with me for 3 to 14 sessions over time. We'll talk about what makes sense for you during the discovery call.
