This method promotes steady growth and prevents boredom, making it easier to stick with the program and see results.

Every week, you’ll practice Routine A on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and Routine B on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Plus, you’ll get two bonus seated Qi Gong routines, perfect for a quick and effective boost to your energy and immunity.
