• Purchases: product, price, date, and basic billing details. Card and wallet details are handled by our payment processors.

• Zoom registration (optional): if you register for a meeting or webinar, Zoom collects your name and email to provide access.
How we use your data
• Run the website and deliver services you request.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send service emails and newsletters you opt in to. You can unsubscribe any time.
• Improve the site through basic analytics.
• Respond to questions and support requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. They collect and process your payment details on their systems. We do not store full card numbers or PayPal credentials.
Email and subscriptions
We send emails through MailerLite. Each email includes an unsubscribe link. We may see basic open and click stats to improve messages.
Automations
We use Zapier to connect our tools. Zapier passes data between services only to complete tasks you request, such as sending a welcome email after purchase.
Forms
When you submit a form, we collect the fields you complete. We use this to reply and provide support.
Case consultation
We may discuss client situations with trusted professional consultants to improve our services; we remove direct identifiers and do not share your name or contact details.
Embedded content and video
Pages may include content from Vimeo, YouTube, or other sites. Embedded content may set cookies and collect data as if you visited those sites directly.

We share data with service providers only to run our business: Squarespace (website), Stripe and PayPal (payments), MailerLite (email), Zapier (automations), Google (analytics), Zoom (if you register for a meeting), and similar processors. They must protect your data and use it only to provide their services to us.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Safeguards are used where required.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method is 100 percent secure.
Retention
• Orders and payment records: kept as needed for tax and accounting, typically up to 7 years.
• Email subscriber data: kept until you unsubscribe or for up to 24 months of inactivity.
• Contact form messages: up to 24 months.
• Website logs and analytics: typically 26 months or less.
We may keep data longer if required by law.
Children
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.
