November 25 falls the night before Thanksgiving. Come breathe with us. The holidays are better in good company.
What would it feel like if your mind, emotions, and body were in harmony?
Qi Gong's gentle, flowing movements regulate your nervous system, increase energy, and reduce burnout.
The Five Elements is a complete system. Each flow builds on the next, bringing mind, emotions, and body into alignment.
This is the first Qi Gong set Kent ever learned. It is foundational, timeless, and deeply nourishing.
What we practice
In the first part of class, we move the Qi. In the second part, we let the Qi move us.
We begin with a short introduction to Qi Gong. Bring your questions. Then relaxing breathwork, gentle warm-ups, and stretches.
Next, we cultivate energy with our Five Element flows.
We close with a meditation.
You take home a printed workbook, so you can keep practicing after class.
Can I do this?
Chances are, yes.
Qi Gong is one of the most accessible forms of exercise on the planet.
This is not a marketing line. It is a big part of why Kent teaches Qi Gong. Kent wanted to specialize in a modality that could be shared with everyone. The practice meets you where you’re at, not where someone thinks you should be.
Qi Gong is simpler than yoga and easier on the body. No floor work. No flexibility required. Kent offers modifications to make it easy.

Meet Kent
Hi, I’m Kent. I thought Qi Gong and Reiki were nonsense. They were too “woo-woo”. Too esoteric. Too simple.
Then I tried them, with a healthy dose of skepticism.
The results changed my life. After 8 months I stopped needing glasses. Eventually the benefits of these practices became so strong that I decided to dedicate my life to sharing them with the world.
Don’t take my word for it. Find out for yourself.

These classes are inspired by Qi Gong for Somatic Alchemy, but they are unique. Here we practice the Five Elements, live and in person. The Online Course teaches Yellow River Dancing, a complete 20-movement form, at your own pace at home. It is a natural next step if you want to go deeper.
